RETURN AND CANCELLATION
Cancellation are possible only if custom work hasn't started yet. Sketches and in progress art will be charged. We don't accept returns of custom art and crafts.
Please contact us also in case of missing items or damaged goods.
SHOP LOCATION AND SHIPPING
Worldwide shipping from Italy, around twice a week.
Shipping time is:
- 1 week to Italy
- 1-2 weeks to EU
- 1-3 weeks to the rest of the world.
Shipping is flat rate. Standard and tracked method take around the same time. Items that ships standard, will have tracking option available to be added in the item listing. Please read descriptions.
Small items are shipped within bubble mailer. Bigger art (to A4+) is shipped flat in a cardboard sandwich; A3 pieces are rolled in postal tube. The packaging is either recycled or comes from eco-friendly productors.
The bubbler mailers we use are still the usual one with plastic inside. While we plan to switch to easier-to-recycle items, we bought the mailers in bulk years ago and we will keep using them until there is none left. If your city does recycling please separate the tape, labels and the cardboard. Bubble mailers inner plastic can be separated too!
ENVIROMENT
Mush works from their house in the countryside. Two cats live there too.
